The coos, the sighs, the flaky skin.
That feathery soft hair, those ten tiny toes.
The newborn days pass in a blur of feedings, snuggles, and wondering how someone so small can take up so much space in your heart.
As a Wake Forest newborn photographer with over 17 years of experience (and a mother myself), I understand how precious these early days are. My natural light studio is located right here in Wake Forest, making it easy for local families to enjoy a calm, baby-led experience close to home. My goal is to create photographs that help you remember not just how your baby looked, but how it felt when they fit perfectly in your arms.
The photos Christy took of my baby were insanely beautiful. She’s very talented and amazing with babies. During my newborn session she made us feel so comfortable and relaxed. I even learned a few tricks to get a newborn to sleep as a first time mom. I definitely recommend Christy to anyone who wants beautiful photos of their baby!

Bringing home a new baby can feel overwhelming, but your newborn photography session shouldn't add to the stress.
My Wake Forest studio was designed with new parents in mind: a warm, welcoming space where you can settle in, take a breath, and simply enjoy your baby while I gently guide the session.
Clients often call me "the baby whisperer," and after more than 17 years photographing newborns, I've learned that the most beautiful images come from patience, experience, and allowing babies to simply be themselves.
Within 2 weeks of your session, you'll receive a private online gallery filled with your edited images.
Choose the collection that fits your family best, download your favorite photographs, and use your included print credit toward prints, framed artwork, albums, and gifts for family and friends.

Christy was amazing to work with! She was so accommodating to schedule our newborn session. She took such a personal approach to understand our story and made sure to reflect that story in the photos. We will forever cherish these images of our son. I am so thankful we chose Christy to capture the priceless newborn days!
