At Midtown Yoga Studios, they meet clients exactly where they are. Whether they are brand new to yoga or experienced and have been taking classes for years, classes at Midtown Yoga Studios challenge clients mentally and physically, offering them tools to take their yoga practice to the next level, enriching their life experience.
Classes include My Hot Flow, their signature vinyasa class, done in a heated room. This class focuses on flow through sequences of postures paired with a special playlist. My Core Flow is done in a heated room and ignites the entire body, focusing on mat-based core work and vinyasa flow. My Strength is suitable for all levels and includes yoga, strength exercises, and possibly some cardio. Furthermore, My Connect features grounding breathwork and meditation.
My Warm Flow includes everything in the Hot Flow class but without the same heat level. My Unwind class is excellent for relaxing, engaging in long stretches, and practicing breathwork and guided medication. Each class finishes with Savasana. 110 Yoga in Raleigh was founded to honor traditional vinyasa yoga while modernizing different elements of the physical practice to fit in today’s world. This studio specializes in sequences focusing on alignment, core, functional poses, and traditions. Yoga sequences compliment other exercises like walking, running, jumping, swimming, and weight lifting, valuing strength and stability in addition to flexibility.
110 Yoga focuses on helping people experience better alignment and stability through proper movement patterns that target the transverse abdominals, glutes, and hamstrings. Classes include Hot Flow, Hot Core Flow, Hot Hold, Fundamentals Warm Flow, Strength and Balance, Hot Slow Flow, and Roll and Recovery Flow.
Each class is heated between 90 and 105 degrees. Classes promote proper alignment and core strength to reduce the risk of injury and pain. They offer classes at two convenient locations: Raleigh and Durham.

Founded in 2020, Yoga Soullective is run by locals Katie Clemons and Jolene Johnson. This duo strives to take yoga out of its traditional box and create an in-studio experience unlike any other. Yoga Soullective is Raleigh’s first mobile studio, operating out of gorgeous parks and even on the water for paddle yoga. In December 2020, Yoga Soullective settled into its permanent loft space in Raleigh’s historic Warehouse District.
At Yoga Soullective, yoga practice is much more than a physical practice; it is a spiritual discipline that allows people to experience the wholeness that comes from connecting the mind, body, heart, and soul. Studios do not have mirrors or other distractions, so clients can focus solely on their practice.
Classes include Move: Flow, Move: Yin, Move: Kundalini Fusion, Breathe: Energize, Breathe: Balance, and Meditate: Yoga Nidra. There is also a Virtual Studio available where clients can access a number of different classes on their own time.
