Ella is my first ever graduate of the Building Blocks baby plan, and we had her one-year session last weekend. I usually try to get the sneak peek up within a day or two of the session, but Ella’s mommy and daddy were jetting off to a week of fun in the sun in the islands, mon. So I patiently waited for their return today to show off some of the goodies we got!

Thank you, Danielle and Casey, for a wonderful year! It has been amazing to watch your baby grow up in front of the camera!

My nephew JJ recently turned a year old, and we snapped a few pics when we were in Richmond last weekend. Here’s a quick sneak peek!

My attorney has banned me from telling you what happened next. But IF he happened to topple over into the grass right after that shot was taken, well…it’s my mom’s fault. HA!

I traveled up to Virginia yesterday to photograph this sweet bundle of Valentine joy! You may remember Ella from her 2 month and 6 month photo shoots…she is getting bigger and more beautiful each time I see her!

Just look at these big eyes! I know I gush about her eyes every time I photograph Ella, but I can’t help myself. She’s like a little Gerber baby.

Her mama is having a birthday today, on Valentine’s day no less! So I thought Ella and I would give her this little gift:

Happy Birthday Danielle! And Happy Valentine’s Day to the whole family!

Do you remember little Ella from a few months back? Well look how much she has grown!

She’s a whole big 5 months old now, and is almost sitting on her own!

This is the view we had of Ella once we sat her in the grass. Most babies hate sitting in grass at first, and will even do that funny one-leg-up away from it. Not Ella! She was enthralled, and so were we.

Thanks again, Danielle and Casey! It was wonderful to see you again, and I’m already looking forward to next time!

Meet Ella, who is 8 weeks old today! Her mom works with my mom, and they thought we should meet. I personally thought it was a great idea, but Ella was kind of eh about the whole thing. She would stare and stare into my eyes, but as soon as that big camera covered my face, she would look away! But we got some really cute stuff anyway. And poor baby…we wore her out! Apparently she slept HARD after I left. Modeling is such hard work!
