i had an ultrasound this morning, and baby is looking very healthy with all the right parts in all the right places. we also found out - IT’S A GIRL! we’re so excited to add another beautiful baby girl to our family!

cindy is due with little jacob on september 24th, but the poor girl is already 4 cm and that baby isn’t moving! we did a short maternity session last month, and here are some of my favorites:

we’ve been working with macy on having nice manners. she does very well with “thank you” and “you’re welcome” - she will say them without prompting a lot of times. she does need to be reminded to say “please” most of the time, but hey, she’s not even two yet, so i cut her a little slack. she has also gotten very good at saying “excuse me” rather than “move!” so now, it’s “excuse me, jenna” or “excuse me, daddy.”
