The First Year Experience
That's why it's so important to capture all of the fleeting milestones of baby's first year. I recommend a few different milestones through the first year: maternity, newborn, sitting up, and first birthday. Clients love to showcase all of their favorite photographs throughout the year in a beautiful heirloom album.

Once I receive your inquiry, I'll send you a detailed pricing guide, and we can chat about whether a single session or our First Year Collective is right for you. Once you book with me, I'll mail you a welcome package with info on how to prepare for your session(s)!
1. Say Hello
I like to schedule studio sessions mid-morning, and outdoor sessions (once baby can sit unassisted) take place at sunset. That may seem late, especially during the summer months, but the beautiful light at that time of day makes a later bedtime well worth it! (Packing some favorite non-messy snacks always helps!)
2. Schedule it
For every session, I want you to look and feel your best! I have a growing collection of dresses in my studio wardrobe that you are welcome to borrow for your session. I also provide wardrobe options for dads and babies from 0-12 months old.
And I can recommend a hair and makeup artist who can come to your home beforehand so you can feel pampered and prepared.
I'll also help with styling guidance for the rest of the family as well so everyone looks and feels pulled together and beautiful!
3. Planning it
Before your session, I'll send you a short list of tips to prepare. And on session day, it's your job to simply love on your family, and let me take care of the rest! I'll follow your child's lead and take breaks when necessary.
4. Your Session
Within two weeks of your session, your private online gallery will be ready for viewing! You'll purchase the digital image collection that best suits your needs. Then you can choose to add on luxurious heirloom albums, gorgeous framed fine art prints, gifts for grandparents, and more! A set of custom birth announcements is included for all of our First Year Collective members. (They also save on their digital images!)
5. Your Photographs

Reservation of your session(s) in the studio or outdoor location
Access to client wardrobe for moms, dads & babies
Assistance with wardrobe styling for the whole family
Private online gallery or in-person appointment for ordering
Design & planning services for artwork

First Year Collective - up to four sessions | 500
After your session, you'll order the images that you love. Most clients spend $750-2500 to fulfill their wishlists. Digital images, fine art prints, heirloom albums, framed art pieces, and more are available. Please inquire for a full price guide.
